I had a issue with my walk in Freezer installed 2 and a half years ago . Called the installers with absolutely no joy - typically ‘just out of warrenty’ . So I googled technicians in the area . Not mentioning names but they all wanted £150 before they did anything. Uk Coldroom and specifically Bob came out withen 3 hours sought the issue ordered the part and was back within 48 hours ( with no call out charge) I recommend this company 100% and will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future. What can I say guys,I will never thank you enough,another emergency call on a Friday afternoon,bob was so busy and the earliest he could do was Saturday morning,few hours later to my surprise he turned up,had a look at the problem and explained the options to me,we went with the biggest job,but the earliest would’ve been Monday as he needed to get some materials and a new engine,it was gonna be a very tough weekend for us without the cold room but as usual Bob showed up next day and did the job????????honestly you can’t do any better!!

I called Bob after finding his number on google Saturday evening when my cold room started playing up, he quickly answered my call and Tod me he would come have a look around 11pm, He then came on time and evaluated the job needed and offered to come Sunday morning to fixe the issue so I can have the cold room up and running before midday which he did, he is a true hero Great people , best service well done

We called Bob on a Saturday night and he turned up as he said around 11pm,he checked the problem and came back first thing in the morning to fix it as he promised ,it costed us less than half of the price that he gave us at night because he did his best to find a way to fix the problem rather than just changing the whole unit,he’s a guy who cares and not only fixed the problem but educated us and shared so much knowledge about cold rooms and how it works!!last but not least,he told me I don’t have to pay him and he can wait for the money as we are a new business,even though he doesn’t know us and it was the first time we used his services!!for sure I found my cold room company for life!! I can’t thank you enough guys!!
